How can I become a member of the Visalia Vapor Trailers Car Club?

In order to become a member you must first fill out and submit a Vapor Trailers Application Form.  The annual membership fee and address to send the application to are on the form.  You can download a copy of the application here Membership Application Form. 

That’s easy simply fill out our Contact page and press the Send button.  However if you which to submit an attachment with your submission then you can send it to our email address at support@vaportrailers.com.  You will receive a prompt reply, no longer than within 24 hours.

You do not have to be a member of the Vapor Trailers to create an account.  Simply select the Login option in the menu above and then click on the Create Account in the lower left corner under the LOGIN button of the Login page. 

After you create an account you will be able to post Events and submit Comments in the website.

Anyone can post a comment at the bottom of all News Articles and Events and we encourage friendly interaction from members and the public. 

You will find the Comments section at the bottom of News and Event detail pages after you have selected a Read More button.   To enter a comment you must however either be already logged into your account or enter your name and email address first.  Notice: All Comments are first reviewed by our monitor(s) before being displayed on the website. 

Yes but first you must have a valid account and be logged into the website.  All Event posts will be reviewed prior to appearing in the Calendar.

    1. Start by Logging in or by creating a new account if you don’t already have one setup.
    2. The menu above will now display Account with a down arrow to the right instead of the Login.
    3. Select the down arrowhead to the right of the Account to display the Dashboard Posts sub menu.
    4. Select the Dashboard Posts to get to the “Vapor Trailers Posting Dashboard” page.
    5. On the “Vapor Trailers Posting Dashboard” page select Add News/Events Posting Form.
    6. Voilà you now have the “Vapor Trailers News & Events Posting Form” displayed and are ready to enter your Event details.

Title – A short description of the Event (i.e. Vapor Trailers Car Show etc.)  Please keep the title preferably under 50 characters.
Event Details – This is the larger box area under the Title where you can get creative and format details about the Event.
Set Featured Image – Here is where you can upload a image of your Poster or Flyer.  (Note only a limited number of image types are allowed to be uploaded (i.e. .jpg .png etc.) videos are not allowed).
Catagories – Select Events in the drop down box.
I have read and agree to the Terms of Service – Please read the Terms of Servce and agree by checking the box.

That’s it all you need to do now is select either the Publish Article or Save Draft button and you are done.  After selecting a button you will now see a new blank “Vapor Trailers News & Events Posting Form” in case you want to fill in another event, otherwise just choose another option in the above menu and continue on.  We know this seems a bit daunting at first but after using the form once or twice you’ll see how easy it is to post Events in our Calendar.  

Please be patient.  All Events and Comments made on the website are first reviewed by our monitor(s).  This may take up to 24 hours before your post is approved and will be displayed on the Calendar. 

Only Central California area Annual Events will be allowed on the Calendar.  Visalai Vapor Trailer Club specific events are displayed in Red colors.

Just go to the Account option in the menu and select Logout on the bottom left side of the page.
